Joe Cocker (n. Sheffield; May 20, 1944) is a British rock and blues musician. He dies on 12-22-2014 at seventy years of age. - In 1969, at age 25, he participated in the Woodstock Festival, where he performed five songs. - Cocker participated in the opening of Woodstock '94, as one of the few who had played at the original festival in 1969. In it he was very well received. - Woman To Woman ”was included in the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. - Kim Basinger's striptease in Nine and a Half Weeks is done along with Joe Cocker's song “You can leave your hat on”. - In the Julie Taymor Across the Universe movie (2007), Joe Cocker plays several supporting roles and participates in the soundtrack with "Come Together" by the Beatles. - The slight movement of his arms when singing is known, regarding those who do it involuntarily, as Joe Cocker syndrome. - His song "You are so Beautiful" accompanies the final titles of the Movie "Carlito's Way" in 1993, directed by Brian de Palma and starring Al Pacino and Sean Penn.
